What is your most memorable childhood experience? | When I was 15, I flew to Paris by myself to visit family, who lived there at the time. I saved my money for over a year and took French classes to be prepared. It was very exciting! |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I identify with both my Mom and Dad. I take traits from both of them. My dad is a tough old man. He is pragmatic, responsible and honest. Those are the traits I get from him. My mom, on the other hand, is much more earthy and laid-back. She is the more compassionate, down-to-earth, introspective, emotional one. Those are the traits I get from her. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | Straight-forwardness, honesty (i.e. not being afraid to speak your mind), intelligence, compassion, and someone with a "spark". By "spark" I mean people who are witty and individualistic. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | My wife and I were picked out of the audience for a "panty-switching" dance contest at a German festival. We won! |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | Where wouldn't I travel?!!! I would want to experience as many people, places and cultures as I could. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | I would like my children to be self-sufficient, intelligent, reliable and compassionate. |
