Essay Questions

What is your most memorable childhood experience?Growing up, I loved going on nature walks. We would just go and walk around, find all the abandoned stuff that's hidden away in woods.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? That would most likely be my mom. When I was growing up, my dad worked long hours, so I would only get to see him on nights and weekends. My mom was always there when we came home from school and would spend time with me and my sister. We still get along great and she always has a story for me when I come home from work.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?Honesty and humor. I think the two go hand in hand. Being able to address a situation honestly, without making too big or little of a deal out of it, while being able to poke fun at the situation makes dealing with a person with those traits very easy for me. Generally people with that demeanor can get much accomplished and are a joy to work with for their productivity and pleasant personality.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?Funny stuff happens all the time when you surround yourself with funny people. In high school, me and my friends would shoot sketches on an old video camera that we thought were hilarious. They don't really stand the test of time now, but they were a blast to make and they made us laugh a ton at the time!
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? There are so many places I would like to visit, but if I had to choose one region it would be Japan and the Southeast Asia region. There is so much history in temples and ruins in that region. Anyone I know who has visited that region highly recommends it to me.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?My beard and my sense of humor. Generations to come will need guys who look like the Brawny man and can tell jokes.
