What is your most memorable childhood experience? Our Disneyland trip. We traveled all over in my grandparents RV, and ended in Disneyland. Every young kid likes Disneyland so I was enjoying myself. One night we were swimming in the park pool when my brother and I started wrestling with each other in the water. He flipped me over his back and I hit my eye on the bottom of the pool. My mom had to rush me to a clinic to get stitches.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I would have to say my dad because as I get older I find myself thinking and having the same interests as he did. Growing up my fondest memories were of my dad telling me about old movies and old movie actors, and today I find myself quizzing people about movies and telling them of good actors to watch and movies to see.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I would have to say intelligence, honosty, patience, and humor. Someone that can smile when times are rough and know that tommorow is another day.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? When I was at football camp my friends took all of my clothes and hid them when I was sleeping. They replaced my clothes with petite girls clothes (I have no idea where they got them from). So I woke up in the morning to find my clothes gone. I didn't know if I was dreaming or not. So I had a decision to make. Walk around in my underwear or try and put on these girl clothes. My anger went away so I decided to roll with the moment and put the clothes on. I went to breakfast wearing a mini skirt and halter top.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?I would travel to Washington D.C. to see the Vietnam Memorial and the Arlington cemetary to give my respects to the men and women that fought for our country when a lot of the country looked down on them.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?Taking responsibility for their own actions, dicipline, and understanding that nothing comes easy in life.
