What is your most memorable childhood experience?My most memorable childhood experience is visiting SeaWorld with my family and petting a live dolphin.
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why?I identify mostly with my grandfather because we share similar socioeconomic and political views. I also admire how he made his own way in life, raising and supporting a family.
What character traits do you admire in an individual?I admire people who are genuine with a good sense of humor. I also admire people who have a hard work ethic and have a good sense of responsibility.
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you?So many to choose from! I guess the funniest thing to EVER happen to me is slipping and falling into a tank of farm animal waste during veterinary school. It was not funny to me at the time, but my friends thought otherwise.
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why?I would go to two places. 1) New Zealand - It's a beautiful nation, and I'd love to watch the unique wildlife there. 2) Back country canoeing through Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska.
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them?My sense of humor, love for animals and the outdoors. I'd also like to pass along my sense of responsibility for personal and professional life.
