What is your most memorable childhood experience? | My most memorable childhood experience is traveling to a small town with my father who owned a business there. We took these trips from when I was 3 until I was 5. We always had great conversations, singing along to our favorite, and stopping by my favorite little gas station to pick up a snack. I also remember that my father taught me how to swim in a hotel swimming pool, a skill I've retained and enjoyed ever since. |
What immediate family member do you closely identify with and why? | I closely identify with my father. We are alike in so many ways, (looks, tastes, feelings) and have always shared a similar outlook on life. Our personal philosophies may differ slightly, but our moral standards, and likes/dislikes are very similar. We get along great, and make a wonderful business team. |
What character traits do you admire in an individual? | I admire an individual who is honest, and true to themselves first and foremost. I aslo admire a carefree sense of humility and willingness to experience life as an adventure. |
What is the funniest thing ever to happen to you? | One of the funniest things ever to happen to me occurred when I was in fourth grade. Myself and a close friend were hanging out in his treefort, playing with action figures, telling jokes, and doing impressions. Although I don't recall the joke or particular impression, I do remember that it was so funny I wet my pants and had to run home with a giant wet stain on my pants! |
If time and money were not an issue, where would you travel and why? | If time and money were not an issue, I would travel to Africa and explore the entire continent. I've always held a great passion for wild animals and extreme environments. Africa has such diverse landscapes and cultures that I could easily spend months and years exploring the ancient Egyptian ruins, the savannahs of Kenya, and the indigenous cultures of the Congo, just to name a few. |
When and if you ever have children, what would you like to pass on to them? | When and if I have children, I would like to pass on to them the passion for life and living it to its fullest potential. I believe that it is crucial that every person discover their true potential and calling in life. I would hope that my children discover this. I would also like to pass on to them the notion that as long as you have a strong set of positive personal morals, and never waiver from them, you will be able to look back on a life that is something worth being proud of. |
